Products you order will be delivered by Sagawa delivery service .
●We will ship within 3 business days after placing your order.
●Delivery method is left up to our store, and we do not accept the designation of the carrier. Thank you for your understanding.

About delivery time

●After your order is confirmed, we will ship it within 3 business days from the date of your order. Delivery time is within 7 days from shipping.
●If the next day of your order falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note.
●Long-term holidays and temporary closures such as the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, and Obon will be announced at the top of the site and on SNS.
●Depending on road traffic conditions, the arrival date may be delayed. Also, delivery to remote islands may take some time.

Convenience store settlement

You can pay at the following convenience stores nationwide.
It is paid in advance. It will be shipped after payment is confirmed.

Payment fees for convenience store payments are the responsibility of the customer. The amount paid at the store is the sum of the product price and the "payment fee: 190 yen".

Regarding cancellations, returns, and exchanges

We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges after your order has been confirmed, unless there is a defect in the product.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, please contact us using the inquiry form below so we can replace it immediately.
